心得：

　　《中國編目規則》與《AACR2》這兩本有詳細的編目教學、格式規定、書本範例，身為圖資系的我們必將這兩本書熟讀透徹才行。本來上課之前已經對編目的了解和先前的作業有了一定程度的自信心。可是在老師檢查過作業並指出錯誤後，才發現我對於整個編目法則只是略知皮毛，有太多太多我沒注意過及該注意卻沒注意到的細節都被我忽略掉，原來我的進步空間是如此之大！雖然受到了很大的打擊，但同時代表這也是一個使我進步的契機，若能把握住這次機會，相信對我來說一定是相當大的成長。

作業：

用AACR2之規定編目書籍，其中規定題名及著者敘述(Title and statement of responsibility)、版本項(Edition)、出版經銷項(Publication, distribution, etc.)、系列項(Series)必須使用書籍原文，其餘項則使用編目者之語言。

心得：

　　這次的課程，主要介紹書本語言以及國際標準書號。在AACR2裡面有一項"Language and Script of the Description"，解釋編目書籍該用的語言以及字體。簡單來說，該本書本名是什麼語言就應該用那個語言來編目。

　　國際標準書號( International Standard Book Number,簡稱 ISBN )，是國際通用的圖書或出版物代碼。通常由13碼組成，若不是13碼則代表該書籍是2007年以前出版的。ISBN共分成五個部分－－前綴號、組號、出版者號、書名號、校驗碼，分別是1-3碼、4碼、5-6碼、7-12碼、13碼。

　　課堂上還教了如何驗算ISBN，首先1-12碼照順序乘以1、3，相加得出其總和，再除以10，會得到一個商數加餘數。最後再以數字10減掉該餘數，所得的數字就為校驗碼，也就是第13碼。可以由此算法去驗證所有書籍的ISBN。
